Group Sessions Karaoke Contest at Wild Idol Saloon – Week 5

The Wild Idol Saloon and Shining Star Productions are hosting a karaoke competition for groups of 2 or more with six qualifying weeks, one semifinal round, and one final round with $1,000 In cash prizes. Here are the details:

All contestants must be amateur entertainers. The competition is for groups of 2 or more Performances only. Contestants must be 21 or older with valid Identification.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 – 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟗 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟑, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝟕:𝟑𝟎 𝐩.𝐦.

Tuesdays, May 9 through June 13, are ALL qualifying rounds. The rotation will be based on when groups signup to sing. The top 3 groups from each week will move on to the semifinals.

𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 – 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝟕:𝟑𝟎 𝐩.𝐦.

The semifinals will be on June 20 with all 18 semifinalists. All semifinalists will sing at least one song. The rotation will be drawn at random. The top 9 groups will compete in the finals on June 27, 2023.

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 – 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐7, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝟕:𝟑𝟎 𝐩.𝐦.

The finalists will all sing at least one song. The rotation will be drawn at random. The winning group will share $500 in cash, the second-place group will share $300 in cash, and the third place will share $200 in cash. The total amount of winnings paid out will be $1,000 in cash.

𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐈𝐝𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐧; 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑙.

Judging will be based on a point schedule based on the following:

Up to 10 points for vocals.
Up to 6 points for stage presence.
Up to 4 points for audience applause.
Up to 2 points for appearance.

All participants hereby grant The Wild Idol Saloon and Shining Star Productions permission to use their likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in all its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or further consideration. They also agree that The Wild Idol Saloon ownership and management make all decisions.
